Joseph Kannarkat

Joseph has been a part of Incline Consulting Group for seven semesters and served as president from 2017 to 2018. In 2018 he will be studying for an MPhil in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge. As a member of the class of 2018 at the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph studied Neuroscience and Economics and plans to attend medical school in the future. On campus, he served as a member of the Student Government Board and as Senior Advisor for the Coalition of Pre-Health Students. Joseph credits Incline Consulting Group for nurturing his foundation for breaking down complex problems and developing systematic solutions which he hopes to apply in the future.

Patrick O'Donnell

A 2014 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Pat works as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the firm's Technology practice. In his young four year career, Pat has developed a specialization in the cloud implementation space, where he manages custom platform implementations for clients in the Public Sector. Pat co-founded Incline Consulting Group in the Fall of 2012 with CJ Stavrakos and a tight-knit group of fellow students. He's very excited to stay involved with the organization as he pursues the next chapter of his professional life at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in the Fall of 2018.

Matthew Sykes

Matthew graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Sociology. Matt joined Incline Consulting Group in 2013 and served various roles for several semesters before graduating. He currently work as an Industrial Engineering Consultant for FedEx Supply Chain, improving his clients' logistics in the technology, retail, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors. However, he has not lost his passion for the non-profit and the public sector! Matthew volunteers as a Youth Team organizer for Conor Lamb's campaign for Congress, engaging millennials with their constituents and US politics. Matthew is very excited to continue working with motivated students to improve the greater Pittsburgh community.

Sangya Gyawali

Sangya graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in December, 2016. Since then she’s been working at BNY Mellon as a Business Analyst primarily re-engineering the bank’s processes and systems through various automation projects. She is also the co-founder of the Alliance of South Asians in Pittsburgh and currently volunteers her time as a board member of the business incubator, New Sun Rising, and as a consultant at the International Development Institute in Washington D.C.

Matthew Ubinger

Matt graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in December 2016 with a BS in Industrial Engineering. Since graduation, he has been working as an Industrial Engineer at Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts. At Disney, he consults with various areas of operation such as attractions and merchandising to assess their needs and provide recommended solutions for continued improvement. While at Pitt, he was an active member in Incline Consulting Group for over 3 years serving as a consultant, project manager, VP of Community Relations, and President. He is thrilled to continue working with such a great group of motivated members and provide value to the many inspiring nonprofit organizations.
