Hannah Reiling - President

Hannah is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh double majoring in Computer Science and Political Science. After college, she plans on either pursuing a career in software engineering or exploring technology policy. In addition to Incine Consulting Group, Hannah is a facilitator for Girls Who Code as well as an ambassador and peer mentor for the University Honors College. She also helped organize the 2018 She Innovates Hackathon as the Mentor Recruiter. Hannah loves being a part of Incline Consulting Group because it allows her to engage with Pittsburgh beyond the "Pitt bubble" and have a positive impact on the local community.

Michael Urzillo - Executive Vice President

Michael is a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh studying Industrial Engineering and pursuing a certificate in Supply Chain Management. Michael is currently serving as the Executive Vice President to Incline Consulting Group, after previously serving as a project manager and then executive board intern. Michael also works as an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Pittsburgh, PA. The dual ability of ICG to provide non-profits in the area over 3,000 hours of volunteering each semester, combined with the opportunities of work and client experience that it offers the students makes Incline Michael’s favorite organization that he’s involved with on campus.

Brian Forristal - VP of Corporate Relations

Brian is a junior studying Statistics at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to studying at Pitt, Brian was a Territory Supervisor for American Tower Corporation for nearly 4 years. After graduating high school, he served in the United States Marine Corps and deployed to places like Haiti, after the 2010 earthquake, to provide humanitarian assistance. Brian intends to become a consultant post-graduation where he hopes to effectively leverage his prior business experience and statistical-analysis skillset.

Joseph John - VP of Community Relations

Joe is a senior studying Industrial Engineering and joined the organization to apply his skills and be more engaged with the Greater Pittsburgh area. Outside of Incline, Joe has been a part of the Student Government Board and will be a Product Management Intern at PNC this summer. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in consulting and credits Incline for sparking that interest.

Margaret Palko - VP of Recruitment

Margaret is a senior Information Science major at the University of Pittsburgh. She is particularly interested in using technology to develop and create business solutions. Incline Consulting Group has allowed her to combine her two largest passions, solving complex problems and engaging and developing new relationships. Outside of Incline, Margaret is a Resident Assistant and Pathfinder, and likes running or rock climbing.

Josh Line - VP of Business Operations

Josh is a senior industrial engineering student pursuing a concentration in manufacturing. He is currently doing research under Dr. Bedewy in the Nano Product Lab and is also co-president of Project Potter. He has been an active member of Incline Consulting Group since fall 2018. In his time with ICG he has completed two projects with Wilkins School Community Center working on improving their revenue and manpower. In the Spring of 2019 he was project manager of his group and he is now the VP of Business Management.

Eileen Collie - VP of Public Relations

Eileen has been a member of Incline Consulting Group for four semesters. She is studying Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh as well as working as a co-op for the Stores Consulting Group. Her love of consulting and her desire to use her education to make her community better drew her to Incline Consulting Group, and she credits Incline Consulting Group with helping her acquire her top-choice for her co-op.
